Brother Sage’s UT Book

Dear Brother Sage,

Can you tell us a bit more about what it was like writing the book? What can we expect when we read it? How is it different from other UT books?

  1. I’ve never mentioned it (my UT) to anyone. I read about it a few years ago and, wanting a long healthy life, decided to try. A book I downloaded and read gave countless case histories and, since I’ve long been skeptical of big pharma, big medicine, big anything, in fact, and anecdotes mean someone actually benefited, I figured why not? But the culture I’m surrounded by is heavily invested by main-stream “orthodox” thinking and beliefs. I have no positive knowledge that what’s good for me is good for anyone else, nor does absence of negative effects prove positive benefits for myself. Hence, who am I to risk ridicule and massive efforts to get me to be like everyone else when I have no proof (yet) that my life will be very long and free from illness? Maybe in half a century or so I’ll be more likely to share the practice. Meanwhile, I’ll learn what I can of other’s experiences on the quiet.
